Title: | we're two, failing in trying to become one |
Technique: | Live-performance |
Info: | This is a work by Nona Krach (collab of Mina Achermann and Noah Krummenacher) In this live performance we translated fragments of a month-long performative research from public into an interior space whose only light source was daylight. During the sunset we began to walk through the space in large circular movements, entering through one door and disappearing behind another. In recurring actions we approached each other until we arrived at simultaneity. The individual movement becomes dependent on the common one and in some moments two bodies become one physical mass. We spun around each other on a ladder, until we ran out of power and the room was completely dark. This performance was shown at the vernissage of the group exhibition Nicher in Faucogney (France). |
